- If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can refuse to receive it from the shipping company representative. In this case, you will only pay the shipping fees
-According to the shipping company’s policy, you must either accept the entire order or refuse it completely. It is not allowed to select specific items to return.
-Exchange or return is allowed within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
-The company will cover shipping costs only if the wrong item was sent. In all other cases (such as changing size or product), the customer will bear the shipping costs for both exchange and return.
-Orders are delivered within 5 business days.

- Product Inspection:
After receiving the returned product, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions. If the product is eligible, your request will be processed. - Refund Method:
The amount will be refunded via InstaPay or any available e-wallet within a maximum of 7 business days after the inspection is completed. - Return Conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition and unused.
- The original packaging and all included accessories must be returned.
- Products that are damaged or show signs of use will not be accepted.
- Exceptions
For hygiene and safety reasons, underwear and basicwear cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
